At Big Dogs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is processed without delays.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
